Hello; my name is Tim Anderson, previously recognized with my email address as, tmanderson@detr.nv.gov.

After seven years and having worked my way up and becoming a Contributions Examiner 2 with the Registration Department; I have created over 4000 Unemployment Insurance Tax Accounts.

For over a year I worked with the Development of the new “NUI” website. Specifically, testing, designing and submitting problems to be fixed for the new system to be the best the State of Nevada has ever had.

I do know how to use our “NUI” website to make your registration correct.

And virtually every other State Agency website including the Nevada Sec. of State portal and the Dept. of Taxation portal.

And yes, As of July 6, 2024, I have retired from the State of Nevada.

The thought of a simple work schedule, more time with Grand kids, maybe not having to wake up at 4am has its appeal.

Or it may have been I like the view from my home office window and working in my garden.

I loved my job. Working with some of the most professional “3rd Party Payroll” Providers you would ever know. Working with the “Mom and Pop’s, creating accounts for Corporations and Non-Profits. For Sole -Proprietors that may only need a “Nanny“ for their family. Together we have made independent businesses come together as a strong work force in Nevada, a supportive endeavor for both the employees and their families and for the business owners themselves.
